With her kin and backup next to her Britney Spears was spotted strolling around sunny Florida with full enthusiasm.

The ‘Gimme More’ sensational singer took off to Miami for her performance at American Airlines Arena previous night, March 7, subsequent to a spree to Disneyland.  Down the way she stopped over at a neighboring hospital.

According to the sources, Britney signed autographs and posed for pictures with 40 ailing children at the Miami Children’s Hospital for a 30-minute stopover.

Miss Spears also declared that her trip proceeds will be forwarded to donate $100,000 to the hospital’s Big Apple Circus Clown Care program.
