After the recent hearing of Chris Brown case where he is undergoing a trial for allegedly beating her girlfriend Rihanna, the next hearing has been postponed till April 6.

However in this hearing it was his lawyer Mark Geragos who had most of the legal arguments with court commissioner Kristi Loustau. After the listening the defense from the Brown’s attorney, the commissioner issued a “Level 1” protective order for Rihanna, while reprimanded Brown, “You are not to annoy, harass, molest or use any form of violence against anyone.”

After a month if Chris Brown is charged with assault by means likely to create great bodily injury and criminal threats that he could be sentenced for 4 years and 8 months in the state prison.
